PCA/ CNA LOOKING FOR CARING PEOPLE:
A high school diploma or GED
National Caregiver Certification Course (NCCC) preferred
First aid training
Specialized care training, such as elder care or care for patients with disabilities
On-the-job training, which typically covers checking vital signs, providing hygiene care, and handling nutrition requirements for long-term patients
In-depth knowledge of best practices in providing personal care
Available to work irregular hours, including night shift, weekends, and holidays
Compassion for others
Patience with difficult clients
Physical strength to help clients with mobility problems
Excellent communication and people skills
RN Home Health Nurse:
Job Overview: Provide a brief overview of the company and the role of the Home Health Nurse.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate caring and empathy towards patients.
Take and track vital signs.
Measure and administer medications as prescribed.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid nursing license in state VA
Experience in home health care is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
